How do I cancel my subscription?

How do I request deletion of my account and data?
In the app, under Account > Delete account, or by emailing contato@grochatech.com.br. Deletion enters a 7-day grace period (cancellable within that window) and then permanently erases the account and linked data — except what the law requires us to keep (for example, tax records of payment), with no way to identify you afterward.
